Cohesive Sports Net!

I’m all for having a default squad assigned to specific spots (and to
rotate them back & forth between themselves & some alternates,
shifting only when necessary to ensure fair playtime).

While we’ve never really had assigned spots in the past 8 seasons,
most of us seek out one of a couple spots. I’m not opposed to locking
it down a little further — it would quicken our field rotation with
less milling about & counting women on our fingers. Also I definitely
think most of us are better at some positions than others so
specializing is probably more conducive to a cohesive sports net.

Here’s my quick take at it.

We’ll still need to use the honor system to ensure everyone within a given sex is sitting out close to equally in the game. As you can see, some appear more than once to ensure there’s options so those kids are a bit more “floater”.
